PURPOSES

2. The personal data you provide, as well as those obtained while browsing our sites will be used for the following purposes: a) To provide the service of registration on the site and the related services, for prerequisites to the stipulation of sales contracts, for their execution and to safeguard the credit positions deriving from them (execution of the contract between the parties); b) For operational, managerial, administrative and accounting requirements, including e-mail communications of commercial invoices (in order to comply with obligations established by law and/or regulations, in particular in tax matters); c) To consent to access and navigation of the sites, to compile anonymous statistics on their use, to monitor their operation and to check for possible liability in the event of unlawful acts (legitimate interest of the San Pablo Group); d) To carry out marketing, commercial information and promotional activities for all the companies of the San Paolo Group, also based on profiling, including the sending of newsletters and advertising material via messaging applications. The profiling activities carried out will be based on the analysis of browsing and purchasing behaviour and will be used for advertising purposes based on your behaviour (with your explicit consent). The provision of data for the contractual purposes of points a), b) and c) is mandatory (if not provided, the sales contract and the provision of the relevant services will not be possible). For the marketing purposes of point d) you will be asked for your consent, without prejudice to the right of revocation at any time (without prejudice to the lawfulness of the previous processing).  

CONSERVATION

3. Data retention periods or criteria: The personal data provided will be kept for as long as the relationship with the entity is maintained and their deletion is not requested by the interested party, they will be kept in accordance with the legal deadlines established in tax and accounting matters, taking as a reference the last communication.

4. Automated decisions, profiles and applied logic: The company will NOT make automated decisions, profiles or logic applied to your data.  

LEGITIMACY

5. Legitimation for performance of a contract: Because the processing is necessary for the performance of a commercial contract, to which you are a party, it is noted that the type of contract in question is the aforementioned commercial contract or pre-contractual relationship. As the communication of personal data is a legal or contractual requirement and a necessary prerequisite for entering into the aforementioned contract, the interested party is informed that he/she is obliged to provide the personal data and that the consequences of not doing so may result in the non-provision of the requested service.

6. During the period of duration of the processing, GRUPO SAN PABLO will carry out the legal assignments foreseen, management with banking entities and organisations or persons directly related to the data controller.  

TRANSFERS

7. Optionally, temporary transfers will be made to IT Service Companies: Data Processors outside the EU, under the Privacy Shield. RIGHTS

8. The data subject may exercise the following rights:

• Right to request access to his/her personal data.
• Right to request its rectification or erasure.
• The right to request the limitation of their processing.
• The right to object to the processing.
• The right to data portability.
• The right to withdraw the consent given.

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not the Entity is processing personal data concerning them. Interested parties have the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, to request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. In certain circumstances, data subjects may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only keep it for the exercise or defence of claims. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, data subjects may object to the processing of their data. In this case, the entity will stop processing the data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defence of possible claims. If you have given your consent for a specific purpose, you have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent prior to its withdrawal.
