The profound and subtle dialogue between the biblical pages, the readings and prayers of the celebration, and the liturgical season is among the most important keys to understanding the Word of God. This theme will be dedicated to the day of study organized for Thursday, March 24 at the Aula Magna of the Pontifical Biblical Institute, by the Department of Biblical Theology of the Pontifical Gregorian University. It will have as its theme: The fire of the Word. The lectionary readings of Pentecost will place in fruitful dialogue the biblical pages, the liturgical framework of Pentecost, and the prayers provided for this solemnity. Speakers will include authoritative biblical scholars such as Scott Brodeur, Fabrizio Ficco, Pino di Luccio, Luca Mazzinghi, Elzbieta Obara, Jean-Pierre Sonnet.
