The Bible in a Year with Fr. Mike Schmitz

Mike Schmitz, a 47-year-old priest responsible for youth ministry in the diocese of Duluh, Minnesota, has been popular on the Internet for some years. His name, launched on Google, correspond to link pages, including a Wikipedia entry, while his videos, on the YouTube channel of the publisher “Ascensión“, counts tens of thousands of views (with a peak of 2 million, in 2017); has a Twitter profile and one on Instagram. Since January 2021 his digital fame has made a high jump: with the daily podcast of 20-25 minutes “The Bible in a Year” (The Bible in a year), published equally by “Ascensión“, It has steadily won the first place in the ranking of the most downloaded religious-spiritual podcasts, with 460 thousand daily downloads.
