Our invitation to read the Bible is born out of the fruitful collaboration between SOBICAIN (International Catholic Bible Society) and the Aletti Centre. Each week we will offer key elements for reading a book of the Bible (Ps) by means of a brief introduction and an Icon explained. In this video the icon presents the dialogue between David and God. Man, created by the Word, is capable of offering to God the words of praise and supplication held in his heart. King David allows his humanity, depicted in blue, to be penetrated by the flow of divine love. Thus, he is himself transformed into a harp of the spirit, a melodious instrument that sings hymns to the Lord.
