“Invitation to Read the Bible” is a project born from the fruitful collaboration between Sobicain (International Catholic Biblical Society) and the Aletti Center; each week, we offer key insights for reading a specific book of the Bible through a brief introduction and an explanation of the icon of Pentecost that opens the book (Acts 2). Mary is the image of the Church that receives the gift of the Spirit. The apostles, filled with power from above, reveal the new life, wich is manifested as communion. In the cave, depicted as a king, is the cosmos wich, freed from corruption, can finally manifest communion with God.
