“Invitation to Read the Bible” is a project born from the fruitful collaboration between Sobicain (International Catholic Biblical Society) and the Aletti Center; each week, we offer key insights for reading a specific book of the Bible through a brief introduction and an explanation of the icon of Pentecost that opens the Letter to the Romans (Rom). Carrying within himself the experience of the Paschal Mystery, Paul generates the community into New Life in Christ. The Apostle supplicates the Father of light from whom all fatherhood comes, and, through his proclamation, communicates the Spirit of the Risen One. Believers, by accepting the Word of faith, pass from darkness to light.
