Don Alberione: Word and Mission
“Your parish is… the world!” For those who carry the Gospel—which is Christ—in their hearts, and who experience the same missionary zeal as the apostle Paul, there are no boundaries. Don Alberione was absolutely convinced of this, and it is a joy to remember him on his liturgical memorial, which we celebrate every year on November 26.

Don Alberione: Word and Prayer
If prayer truly constitutes the main pillar of Christian life, it is also important to recognise that not all prayer is the same! To pray with the Word of God is to tune into a vast history where human words and divine words have woven together, finding expression in invocations, praises, psalms, acts of surrender and trust, requests for forgiveness, and blessings.

Don Alberione: Word and Family
“A Bible in every family!” With this short slogan, Don Alberione articulated the immediate objective of the mission entrusted to his sons and daughters worldwide: to ensure that the entire Bible—and not just the Gospel—found its way into every family and every setting, allowing everyone to read “the letter the Heavenly Father has sent to His beloved children.”

Don Alberione: Word and Eucharist
Christian faith is built on a dual foundation: the Eucharist (the source and summit of Christian life) and the Word of God (the wellspring from which to draw sustenance). Don Alberione was so convinced of this truth that he always kept these two aspects united: while he would expose the Eucharist on the altar for the adoration of the faithful, he would simultaneously open the Bible there so that it could be read or proclaimed. He recommended to his followers not only the daily celebration of the Eucharist, but also the daily reading of the Word.

Don Alberione: Word and Communication
A treasure as immense as the Word of God cannot remain sealed. Having experienced its richness and power firsthand, Don Alberione calls on us to bring the Word to everyone, utilizing every possible and imaginable means and pathway. The underlying conviction is singular: love is only authentic when it becomes a gift, expressed through gestures, words, and silence.

Don Alberione: Listening to the Word
The foundation of Don Alberione’s relationship with the Word of God lies in the experience of listening: listening to God, to man, and to the events of the time. Only in this manner can one respect the fruitful process of incarnation that allows the Word to continue shaping and reshaping humanity.

Announcement of the 230 AD Mosaic: “Jesus is God!”
An extraordinary archaeological discovery occurred in the Israeli prison of Megiddo, where an 1,800-year-old mosaic was found. It contains one of the earliest Christian inscriptions that declares, ‘Jesus is God.’ The mosaic, dated to 230 AD, also includes images of fish that allude to the biblical episode in Luke 9:16, where Jesus multiplied two fish to feed 5,000 people. “We’re truly excited to be the first to have ever seen something like this—to experience what was created nearly 2,000 years ago by a man named Brutius, the incredible craftsman who laid this pavement here” a representative stated. At Cornelius’s House: Acts 10 Becomes a Website
The title which might initially seem targeted only at specialists or insiders is actually an invitation to recognise a profound truth. Very often, the Spirit of the Lord has already preceded us in history. Just as with Peter in the house of the centurion Cornelius (cf. Acts 10:1-44), the Spirit has been at work in countless lives, moving men and women who have docilely opened themselves to His action—thereby discovering that God shows no partiality. This profound conviction serves as the foundation for the website acasadicornelio.it. The platform is dedicated entirely to the Word of God and the transformative work…

Toward Easter with Cardinal Carlo Maria Martini
As Holy Week approaches, the Martini Foundation proposes to listen again to the audios from the 1983-1984 School of the Word: meditations beginning with Psalm 50 (51), which Martini wanted to place under the title “Path of Reconciliation.” Martini’s reflection leads to “making us more attentive and responsible about the problems of human and cosmic reconciliation,” because “there can be no true, lasting, stable social and political reconciliation among men, peoples, nations, without conversion of heart.” Words that seem particularly relevant in the times we are living, marked by conflict, polarization and resistance to ask for and grant forgiveness.
